Rent is $500 plus utilities, deposit is $750. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Just me and my dog living here currently and usually keep to ourselves. Looking for a calm, laid back Roomate. Must be responsible and respectful and clean up after yourself. My dog is well trained and extremely friendly, if you bring a pet they must be also. Looking for someone to move in hopefully next month (September)
