Lease Takeover / Sublet

I am looking for someone to take over my lease or sublet my room. I live in a private bedroom and private bathroom, with an in-unit washer and dryer, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is very spacious and has tons of natural light since it's on the 16th floor. A security guard is at the desk, and strict entry and exit rules are in place for safety.
