Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our lease for our small studio apartment. Rent is $950/month with utilities included (Wi-Fi not included). The move-in date is September 1, and the lease ends July 1. The apartment is in a great location, right by the university campus and downtown, making it super convenient for students or anyone who wants to be close to everything.
