The house is 3,750 sq ft., has two wood-burning fireplaces, a rotisserie, and a great kitchen with high end appliances and a lot of cabinet space. The room has a Queen sized bed. If you have your own furniture, we can easily figure something out. I'm a very easy going guy, however I am looking to rent to older working professionals or higher degree seeking students. No smoking/vaping of any kind in the house. *This room is been booked from October 18th- late January, 2027. Will be ready for February '27. Please look at my unfurnished room in the same house.
