Looking for roommate ASAP

Hi, my name is Will. I am a 39-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Vancouver. My previous roommate had to move out in a hurry, breaking the lease, which leaves me with a rent that I cant afford without help. Looking to fill the space as soon as possible. The apartment is on the ground floor and is a 2 bedroom with a shared bathroom. Its in a nice area of Salmon Creek with plenty of options for food nearby. I will admit the carpets have some stains, but I had a professional cleaner come and steam clean them just a couple months ago after my first roommate passed away suddenly.
