Hi, my name is Sara. I am looking to fill my room with my roommate. She is a teacher in her 30 and is easy going.You would have your own private bathroom. House is furnished except for your bedroom. Move in date is ideally Sept 1 but I’m flexible. Lease is month to month but looking for someone long term. Rent is $800 plus utilities, electric, and internet. Community is gated, free parking, and on gym/pool/laundry. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, and might want to be friends! I sometimes have guests spend the night and you can too!
