Comfortable apartment in a convenient area with plenty of space and everything you need for day-to-day living. A few things to know: Rent for the room is $735/month. The current furniture and personal belongings in the bedroom will be removed before move-in and are not included. A few items currently in the living room will also be removed. My dog and cat will both be leaving with me, so there will not be any pets living in the apartment on my end.
