Hi! I’m looking for a place in NYC and hoping to move around November 2026. I’m open to a private studio/1-bedroom or a room in a shared apartment with the right roommates. My maximum rent budget is $1,500/month, and ideally I’d like to keep my total monthly housing costs around $1,750–$1,800 including utilities.
