Looking for roommates to fill 3 available rooms in 4 bed, 2 bath unit. Located in Somerville (Winter Hill area) with easy access to Assembly Row, Union Square, and Downtown Boston. Multiple MBTA bus routes nearby and green line access ~15 min walk. Includes a private backyard w/ patio as well as in-unit laundry, dishwasher, storage space, and optional off-street parking. Rent: $1,200/month per room

Move-in costs: First and last month's rent, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) - $3,600 total

Pets: negotiable (there will be 2 cats already)

Hobbies include reading, sewing (and crafting in general), and playing video games. I have 2 cats that just want food and attention. Looking for: People who are respectful and clean. Like to socialize/hang out, but also are cool with doing our own things. LGBTQ+ friendly. Must be okay with cats! Ideally around the same age as me.
