The apartment is a small and cozy 1950s apartment with lots of original charm, including the original floors and tile. It has great natural light, lots of storage, and additional storage space for the unit. Great location! We’re just steps away from McKinley Park and the beautiful Rose Garden, perfect for walks, running, or relaxing outside. We’re also close to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and other neighborhood spots. Rent: $850 + utilities
Deposit: $750 Lease ends: June 9, 2027 Room Approx: 10 x 9 A little about the household: Since this is a small shared apartment, I really value privacy, comfort, and having a peaceful home.
