Hi everyone!
We are a responsible group of 6 Chilean university students (around 23 years old) coming to the Breckenridge area on J-1 Work & Travel visas for the winter season. We are looking for housing from December 7th to March 6th.
About us:
• 6 non-smokers, clean, respectful, and fully focused on working and enjoying the mountain.
• Responsible with rent and property care—happy to provide proof of income, J-1 job offers, and references if needed.
What we are looking for:
• Entire house or condo close to Breckenridge or easily accessible via public transit (Summit Stage routes in Breck, Frisco, Silverthorne, or Dillon).
• Budget: $6,000 – $7,500 USD per month (total).
