Available October 12th. Located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from FAU. Furnished room in furnished house. Bedroom is beautiful light blue color, with big closet. We have an extra TV, mini fridge available for you to use. Clean and tidy household, we have a Roomba that we run almost daily. Pet friendly with huge fenced backyard and hammock. Big outdoor seating area where smoking is allowed but non smokers are preferred as we don’t smoke. 65 inch television and JBL speaker system. Internet, utilities and one parking spot included. Bathroom is shared with only one other female. Month to month, semester rental, 3 month or 4 month lease available. Kitchen is large and recently had a refresh with repainted cabinets, wallpaper and new dishwasher, oven and fridge, I still need to add these updated pictures.
