Hi!! My name is Elsie, and I’m looking for a roommate (female, ages 18–28) to share a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath, two-story townhome! It’s located about 20 minutes from the U of A, off Pantano between Speedway and Broadway, and is close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The available bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the home is fully furnished. You’ll share a bathroom with one of the roommates. The two current roommates are junior pre-med students at the UofA who are fun, friendly, and love to socialize while also taking their studies seriously. The townhome community includes:
• Two pools
• Two pickleball/tennis courts Rent: $550/month + approximately $75-160/month for 1/3 of utilities and Wi-Fi (varies by usage)
Security deposit: $500 (refundable, due at move-in)
Application fee: $47 (TransUnion background and credit screening)
