I am looking to transfer my current lease to someone new as soon as possible! It is $1090 a month, and August is fully paid for! This is a spacious apartment close to both Central and North Campus (around Fuller St and Depot St.). It is about a 10-minute walk to central campus and close to Kerrytown, and directly on bus lines to North Campus. The bedroom itself is a little on the smaller side (a little over 11x11 feet), gets wonderful sunlight, and still has space for a queen bed, a desk & chair, and shelving units, with the closet built in. There is also a desk that can be left for you as well. Lease/move-in start date is negotiable, but ideally before Sept 1/as soon as possible. Laundry is right outside the unit and is only for the unit. Unit includes dishwasher, central heat and air, lots of windows, and a private lot for a car if you are bringing one. If you have a cat, that is a plus for these housemates! About the roommates: You will be living with two PhD students at UMich in the School of Information Science who value shared clean spaces and keeping things a bit more low-key and quiet. You would be sharing a bathroom with only one other person who will be out of town for a few months. They are politically active and left and prefer to live with folks who identify as anti-zionist and pro-palestinian. They prefer to live with women and people who are 25+ years old.
