Hi friends! I am in search of a responsible, kind, and organized person to take over the other master bedroom in my fully furnished apartment located in laguna niguel. Rent is $1564 per month. Room is available August 7. Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom + vanity, fully furnished living area, parking garage spot included w room. Amenities include: pool, hot tub, BBQ area, game/ entertainment room, and a nice gym! About me: I am a very active, cleanly, and organized person. I love going to the beach, snorkeling, hiking, spending time with friends, and crafting.
I keep the entire apartment + balcony clean on my own so no need to worry about mess! I work 7 days a week and am mainly home in the mornings/afternoons as i work night shifts 5 days a week. I have two small dogs (see in first pic), they are cat friendly and could possibly be conditioned to other small dogs if needed.
