Hi! I’m looking for a third roommate for a three bedroom apartment. Small- medium pets are allowed. We pay electric, water, and wifi for utilities, and it’s just a simple 3 way split. We have in unit laundry. The room is about 12ft x 9 ft and the bathroom is shared with one other person. One of us is a student and the other is full time. Please let me know if you’re interested, the price is negotiable. Earliest move in is sept 30th. You can tour the apartment in person if you’d like. There’s no security deposit but there is a 300$ deposit from the building to get a fob. 24/7 security, and a small gym. The building is about 6-7 years old, and most appliances are new. Anyone of any age is welcome but students/ people under 26 are preferred just for commonalities. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Hamilton GO center, a 10 minute walk from Jackson square, and a 20 minute walk to west harbour GO. From the front doors the 5 line is less than 20 seconds away (to and from McMaster). We’re on the second highest floor and the view at sunset is lovely.
