Room details: Private single bedroom with a standard-sized closet. Can be painted to your liking prior to move-in if desired. Shared areas: 2-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. Washer and Dryer outside of the apartment. there are additional storage (small) options that can be arranged through the apartments. there should also be options for available parking. Layout: You’ll be sharing the apartment with just one roommate (me). I work a standard schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). The apartment is a quiet, low-key environment. I don't typically host or throw any parties. Pets: I have one cat and am in the process of bringing home a puppy. Because there will already be two pets in the home, I am looking for a roommate who does not currently own pets. Duration: 6-month lease term available immediately. Bonus Option: I am planning to move out of state by March 2027. If you are looking for long-term housing, you will have the option to take over the entire lease once I move out. Monthly Rent: $700.00 Utilities/Internet: $ included in the rent. Security Deposit: $700.00
