Looking to Relet my lease! NAU

Hello everyone, I was a student at NAU but have decided not to attend this school year for personal reasons and I am now looking for someone to Re-let my lease for Hilltop townhomes. The townhomes are located very close to campus and I can give you more specific information about the room or any other questions you may have but some basic information is that the room would be a for a FEMALE student and she would have 3 other very nice and kind female roommates. Who I can provide more information on and would be living in her own bedroom with access to a bathroom that she would only be sharing with one other girl! So no communal bathrooms and a private bedroom! Also she would have access to a kitchen in the home that she would only share with 3 other roommates! The room is around $800 and parking is $85 but you can give it away if you do not want it. The utilities are based on usage between the 4 roommates and is charge separately from the rent.
