Private Bed/Bath on Beach 9/1/26

My name is Sara and I have a private bedroom, bathroom and parking spot located right on the beach. The room is available September 1st 2026 located on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach, VA. Rent is $1050 and includes all utilities (included internet) minus electricity, which we split 50/50. I do have 2 cats 🐈⬛ 🐈⬛ so please no extra animals. I clean the house twice a week, and take care of all maintenance issues. I just had the carpets professionally cleaned and a new AC unit was installed last summer. I work full-time as a Special Education teacher and I teach Pilates on Mondays. I love yoga, all things spiritual and enjoy hanging out on the beach in the summer. My Bio- I love to practice yoga and pilates. I work hard and enjoy relaxing on my couch doing nothing sometimes lol.. on the weekends I either going for walks on the beach, kayak or see girlfriends.
