I have a master suite available in a fairly new townhome (less than 2 years old) available for move in right now. It’s in the middle of downtown, 5 minutes from fscj downtown campus and 5 minutes from the football stadium, super easy and quick to get on the highway. It’s a 3bed 3.5 bath but it’s 3 individual suites so everyone has their own bathrooms inside their bedrooms. You would be on a floor by yourself (1st floor) And there is also a one car garage on that floor as well that can be yours for an additional 99/month. You can use it for car and storage if you like. Rent is 895/month and an extra 99/month for the garage if you wanted it.
You would be sharing the place with 2 other women (both on the 3rd floor), super respectful, clean, and professional. They take really good care of the place.
Rent includes everything; You wouldn’t have to pay for anything else. It comes with internet as well. Common spaces are furnished and the room comes with a bed.
