I have a furnished bedroom with lake view and private bath. It would just be the 2 of us. Sorry no couples. Lake and swimming pool access. Rent includes all utilities, washer/ dryer and maid service once a month. Must make 3500 or more monthly. Must be drug free, non smoker, have clean driving record, no felonies show proof of income and employment before appointment. No pets of any sorts allowed
