Clean and responsible roommate

I'm looking for a roommate who has a clean criminal history, who is neat (absolutely no eating in the bedrooms and you must wash your own dishes), has steady employment, and can pay the rent on time. The community is extremely safe and has several pools, parks, trails, and even golf courses. You must stay 12 months at a minimum. The house is a three bedroom two and a half bath. Your room would be one of the other rooms not the master bedroom which has its own bathroom, so you would have to share a bathroom with someone else. All utilities would be split. The utilities include internet, gas, water, and electric. If you do not have a bed one can be furnished free of charge. The room has walk in closets. There is a front porch and an enclosed back porch. If you smoke you must do so outside. Rent is due on the 1st, by the 3rd at very latest with advanced notice.
