The home has one other tenant, a respectful Army veteran who is currently a full-time student at UTI. He lives upstairs with his own bathroom, so you’ll have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom for your exclusive use. The third bedroom is used by my brother for storage. The household is quiet, making it a great fit for a college student or working professional. The home is located on a cul-de-sac and backs up to a beautiful greenbelt and Central Park.
