My Roomate is moving out of state. I am looking for a Roomate to replace him and sign the lease with me. The apartment is rent stabilized and increases have been extremely minimal. Railroad style apartment so our bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment so there’s a lot of privacy. Two minute walk from the greenpoint avenue G station. Surrounded by some of greenpoints best cafes, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.You will need to show 40x the monthly rent in yearly income or an approved guarantor.
