Room for Rent – Furnished or Unfurnished Options
My husband and I are looking to rent out one of the rooms in our home to a respectful and responsible individual.
You’ll have full use of a shared bathroom and access to both off-street and street parking. The room can be rented fully furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
Room Options:
🛏️ King-size bedroom: $1,200/month
🛏️ Queen-size bedroom: $1,100/month
🔐 Security deposit: Equal to one month’s rent
🚗 Parking: Off-street and street parking available
🛁 Bathroom: Shared
🪑 Furnished or unfurnished: Your choice
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible and would be a good fit for a peaceful home environment.
