Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking for a furnished 3-month sublease in NYC, ideally from late August or early September through early December. We’re flexible on exact move-in dates for the right place! Our ideal place:
• Budget: Up to $5,500/month
• Neighborhoods: Chelsea, West Village, SoHo, Tribeca, or nearby areas in Lower Manhattan or Midtown West
• Furnished
• Wi-Fi and air conditioning
• One-bedroom (or a spacious studio)
• Plenty of natural light
• Ideally a quieter building or apartment A little about us: We’re both young professionals with corporate jobs and will be commuting to Hudson Yards during the week. We enjoy exploring the city, walking, finding great coffee shops, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, and spending time outdoors. We’re clean, respectful, easygoing tenants who will take great care of your home and are happy to provide references if helpful!
