The apartment is a 2-bedroom plus office (originally a 3-bedroom) with 1 bathroom, located on the second floor of a multi-family home in a very walkable area in Federal Hill — walking distance to multiple restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, grocery stores, etc. Rent: $1,100/month + utilities (typically around $100/person/month) Apartment features: * Two very large bedrooms, with plenty of space for a queen or king bed plus additional furniture.
