The room being leased out is a private room (partially-furnished) with a shared bathroom with another tenant across the hallway. House is roughly 15 minutes from the Strip and right near the freeways in every direction. 20 minutes from airport, and overall a great spot for any professional and student. The overall neighborhood is family-oriented and mostly quiet throughout the week.
