About me: I’m an educator and counselor heading back to work this year. I’m extroverted but need my recharge time. I don’t smoke, I drink socially, and have two sweet cats. I’m tidy, but I have a lot of grace for people running on fumes—life happens. I’m very left-leaning, compassionate, and I genuinely believe in the goodness of people. The living situation: Rent is $2,150/month—exactly half of what I pay, so it’s split right down the middle. For that, you get a downstairs space that functions as its own private apartment—large bedroom, living space, private bathroom, and a private entrance. Oh, and there’s AC! A genuine luxury in Shoreline! I’m adding a portable stove so you’ll have everything you need independently. The upstairs common spaces (kitchen, living areas) are absolutely open to you too—this is your home! The only logistics to coordinate are the washer and dryer, also downstairs and out of the way.
