Looking for a 1 bedroom for my girlfriend and I. We are both seniors in college with 730 credit and guarantors. Our budget is around $2750 and are looking for a place close to the subway in a neighborhood where we can go out for drinks, coffee ect… We’re hoping to find a place with laundry in the area and dishwasher aswell as cat friendly. Preferably with a gym but not a must have. We are flexible with neighborhoods, most of brooklyn, most of manhattan and queens off the yellow lines. Brooklyn preferably above or around Prospect park and manhattan below 90tb street as we go to school at CCNY and Brooklyn College. Hopefully under a 1 hour 15 minute commute to both.
