It's the main bedroom with a full attached bath, big west-facing window, large closet, washer/dryer in unit, AC, a garage parking spot, wifi, pets allowed, couples welcome, very LGBT friendly. Lots of storage. I repainted the walls a really nice warm vanilla white and had the tub refinished. It's a really warm space! Shared living/dining/kitchen. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer, oven/stove, air fryer/toaster oven, among other tools and smaller appliances. I do a decent amount of cooking and baking. Very quiet neighborhood with a few parks nearby and shops within walking distance. Lots of street parking as well. Also it comes with one really chill large cat (pictured, his name is Lotus).
