The rent is R9000 per month (all inclusive) — this includes rent, water and electricity. The price is higher because the flat is fully equipped with new electronics and appliances, including everything you need for a comfortable and convenient home. 🐱 Cat lovers welcome! I have two cats, and the flat is cat friendly. The flat has: ✨ Two bathrooms: • One downstairs with only a toilet
• One upstairs with a toilet, shower and bath (to share) There will be some house rules to keep the space comfortable, clean and respectful for both of us 😊 However, the flat will mostly feel like your own space. Due to my working hours, I’m usually busy and when I’m home I’m mostly in my room relaxing and unwinding.
