I'm offering **two private rooms**: a **fully furnished bedroom** and a **separate studio/office room**, along with your own **private restroom**. You'll also have access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. In addition, you'll have **two closets** available for extra storage. The home is located in a great neighborhood with access to a **community pool**, **tennis court**, and several **playgrounds**, making it a quiet and enjoyable place to live.
