Looking for a female roommate to lease in a condo with for 12 months. My roommate had to leave due to some family issues. Need someone ASAP. The rent is 800 to 820 varies based on usage of water, electricity, etc. Distance from CSU is a 4 minute drive. What's included in the rent is, of course, the base debt, then internet, water, electricity, swear, trash, and utility admin. Isn't allergic and comfortable around cats. I have a male cat named Jack. Looking for a responsible roommate. Great family, quiet neighborhood. Walgreens, convenience store, Caesars Pizza, Dollar Tree, restaurant are a block away. Feel free to drive around the neighborhood and see how wonderful it is.
