Hi, I have a one furnished spacious bedroom and one bathroom available on my townhouse on Orange starting mid August or sept 1st. The unit is a townhouse in a safe quite neighborhood, rent include all utilities and a spot in the attached garage. You’ll be sharing the house with just myself (the owner) and you’ll have access to the kitchen and other common areas! Also, the community has 2 pools/ hot tubs that’s you’ll have access to. The room is only available for one person, overnight visitors are welcomed with a prior notice and limited days/week. A small to medium size dog is also welcomed as long as they are well trained.
