hi everyone! my roommate and I are looking to fill the third bedroom in our house, which is located in the Guilford College/New Garden area. utilities (including Wi-Fi) are about $100 per month in addition to the rent. You’ll have access to all appliances and amenities which include in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, great light, a spacious driveway, and large front and back yards. The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is already furnished and very cozy.
