ADU or master bedroom with bathtub

Hello:) I’m looking for an unfurnished ADU or master bedroom with a bathtub for me and my 17 yo daughter with Down syndrome who has special needs. She is a wonderful and lovely soul. I also have 2 cats. I’m a licensed mental health clinician and I work from home 1-2 days/week. My daughter attends school in Ventura so West Ventura county is preferable. I’m easy going, kind, compassionate, clean, quiet, and responsible. At this point in my life, with my two older children out of the house and just my youngest and me, I am ready to downsize and simplify:) I am happy to help with cleaning and decluttering as needed. I am very familiar with the Marie Kondo method and enjoy making the environment spark joy:) It would be preferable to live with a female roommate(s) but we are open and flexible with the right situation and person/people. My budget is also somewhat flexible for the right situation. I am hoping that the 2,000 maximum would include utilities but am open to discussing this. I’m a great communicator and very open to possibilities. I look forward to where this next adventure leads us:)
