ROOM AVAILABLE IN CAMBERWELL – LOOKING FOR A NEW HOUSEMATE Our current housemate is moving to London, so we’re looking for someone new to join our home from 28 August 2026. We have been approved for another 12-month lease and are looking for someone who will enjoy making this house their home. ABOUT US: We are two females in our mid-20s who work in education. We’re friendly, respectful and enjoy having a relaxed but social home. We occasionally have friends over for dinners, drinks or catch-ups, but we’re not a party house.
We love having a chat, watching movies, playing games and having a laugh around the house. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Preferably mid to late 20s
• Working full-time or part-time
• Friendly, independent and easy to get along with
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Reliable with rent and bills
• A good communicator We’re open to both males and females. One person only (no couples), and unfortunately no pets. ABOUT THE ROOM & HOUSE The room is $906 per month plus bills. It is slightly cheaper than what we pay as it is the smaller room, but it is still a good size and fits a double bed, two bedside tables and a dresser. It has its own heating and a large front-facing window with plenty of natural light. The house is located in the heart of Camberwell:
• Tram stop approximately 25m from the front door
• Multiple train stations nearby
• Oval just houses down, perfect for walks, runs or kicking the footy
• Supermarket and post office approximately 800m away
• Free street parking available
