Room for Rent

I have a spare room for rent it has a bed and TV. I want someone who is clean, efficient, reliable and honest. You will have your own bathroom to use. I prefer a non-smoker and someone who doesn't drink. I don't like extremely loud music. I am located in San Tan Valley. All of the neighbors are friendly and have cameras and look out for each other. We also have a neighborhood watch to make us feel more safe. I don't have any pets and don't care to have them.
