Looking for an apartment or house

I am about to get a divorce and am looking to rent a room. Prefer to be able to pay $300 to $400 twice a month to break it down per paycheck at least the first 2 months then after that the total amount once per month is fine. I am respectful, clean and work full time.

Going through a divorce and currently staying in a motel. I am a clean respectful guy who is looking to rent a room and willing to sign a lease. I also cook and and clean.
