Parking is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis, with no assigned spaces. You'll be sharing the apartment with two current CSU students. They are quiet, respectful, and generally keep to themselves while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. They occasionally have friends over, but the apartment is typically calm and a great environment for studying or relaxing.
