The home features: • Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & espresso machine • Cozy living room with smart TV • Big backyard with covered patio • Spacious room with a shared 2-sink bathroom • Driveway parking • All utilities included (WiFi, water, trash, electricity, heating/cooling) Rent: $1,000/month
