Seeking lease takeover

Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private upstairs master bedroom with its own private bathroom in a shared home located in the Four Hills area of Albuquerque. The home is in a great location, just minutes from Sprouts, Smith's, restaurants, and other shopping. There is also a 598 deposit but if you move in July rent is already paid for you would just start in August. I would still need the deposit upon move in or I am flexible with getting paid in increments. NO SMOKING or PETS:( Features:
