We are looking to fill 1 room. The bedroom has a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Rent is $817.50 not including utilities. We usually budget for $1,000 especially during summer, but it is typically closer to $950/month. We have a cat in the house as well. He is very sweet and loves to hang out in the living room. We have a washer and dryer in the garage. There is parking available in front of the house. We are a cinnamon-free household due to one of the tenants severe allergy. We are 420 friendly, but just ask that there is no smoking inside the house
