My roommates and I are moving into a 3 bedroom rent home in Temple. We have 3 options we are waiting to hear back from. All the same price and whatnot. We are looking for some who wants to rent out the 3rd room from now till end of June - maybe longer). It’ll be $700/month all bills paid. $350 deposit you will get back from me when you move out. The room is not furnished. No pets. I do have an ESA dog and cat. Shared bathroom with my roommate and her fiancé. Extras include: access to security cameras, washer/dryer, backyard hang out space, access to Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Thank you!
