Located in Lake Brandt Apartments at the back end of the complex, it's quiet and has a lovely view of the forest from the balcony. Second story, one flight of stairs. Apartment is 1,108 sq ft, wood-stained linoleum in common areas and bathrooms, shag carpet in bedrooms. Lovely and functional wood-burning fireplace! The back bedroom is about to be available! It includes an en suite bathroom that has a bathtub in addition to the shower, and there is a built-in medicine cabinet. Base rent is $1,383, so for each of us it will be $691.50. Splitting the bills 50/50, Renters insurance is $9.50/month/person, pest control is $1.50/month/person, trash is $4.50/month/person, water varies but is around $15-$25/month/person. Pets are allowed!
