Non-Smoking. CLEANLINESS REQUIRED. MINIMUM GUEST. No pets— but small animals may be considered in your own area. Internet will be included with rent. Lawn care will be split between tenants. Pest control is split btwn tenants. Living/dining/Kitchen/laundry is furnished but you will have to furnish your own living space. Cleanliness is a requirement, if you don’t keep a clean space, this is not the home for you, respectfully.
