Non-Smoking. CLEANLINESS REQUIRED. MINIMUM GUEST. No pets. Internet will be included with rent. Lawn care will be split between tenants. Pest control is split btwn tenants. Living/dining/Kitchen/laundry is furnished but you will have to furnish your own living space. Cleanliness is a requirement, if you don’t keep a clean space, this is not the home for you, respectfully.
