Hi, I have a room or 2 available in Keilor downs. My house is clean, tidy, has ducted aircon and heating. You will have your own bathroom, toilet and built in wardrobe. Please note I work night shift 4 days/week and sometimes day shift on the weekend. I need someone who is very reliable, pays rent on time, clean, respectful. I also have 2 cats which are very easy to get along with. Rent is $300/week and includes all bills. There is also the possibility to be added to my current lease if interested.
