The bedrooms both have *ample* closet space, which is rare in the world of rentals. The rent comes all-utilities paid for $1,975/month, All the bills need to be paid here: internet, PG&E, trash, water, etc. finally, per the property, you must have liability insurance. Mine runs about $22/month right now. I move in for the very first time on July 1, 2026. You'll need to pass the property's income verification and make a separate deposit to the property.
