Located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment consists of: · Two bright and well-maintained rooms that face a green inner courtyard, making the apartment very quiet. The other room is occupied by a Composition student at MDW. We are looking for a considerate and easy-going flatmate. Pets are not allowed. The main public transport options are Tram 2, at approximately two minutes by foot (Wilhelminenstraße), Trams 33 & 44 at an approximately minutes walk (Familienplatz), and U3 Ottakring, at approximately 7 minutes of walking. Shops and amenities include Spar, Billa, Lidl, and bakeries, all within three or less minutes of walking. Rent (including operating costs): €525/month. Standard 3-month deposit (€1,575) for long term stays, with no furniture transfer fee. Heating costs are not included but are relatively low, averaging around €20–25 per month.
